You’re looking for the magical TMR that doesn’t exist. I’ve been casually shopping/looking for the last year as well. The best thing I’ve came up with is a bale processor with a feed chopper attachment.

They do exist. It’s called a vertical mixer. They are built to do exactly what the OP wants to do.
How fast/slow can they process a dry bale(s) that has no rotor/chopper in the baler
