It actually is quite easy for the medical experts to factor that in. All of the past through to present diagnostic procedures and understanding of mental health issues is well known and documented.
I was actually wondering that also a while back but upon further research I found that the experts researching this topic, the ones I had been following anyway, had already factored that in.
