I’ll agree on a lot of that….however very nice house 10 years ago is average or less now. Ditto for automobiles, side by sides, multiple vacations. I realize this is not everyone. Also 20 years ago there weren’t many row crop farmers that didn’t have a side income of some sort. That could be livestock, trucking or other custom work but there was something, much less now.
