Amherst WI | A big cost nobody factors in is loss of efficiency. 90% of my planter issues in season are caused by starter. There is less acres per fill and another thing to move around from farm to farm.
What’s that cost? Good question
Say it costs you 25% efficiency, you get 80% done and your Rained out for a few weeks. Now you’re planting 2 weeks later. What’s the cost of that?
