McCanna, ND | What’s your issues with liquid? I have maybe 3 minor inconveniences per year (plugged orifice/busted hose)
Filtering is key. I run 100 mesh into tender trailer. 100 mesh into planter tank. 50 or 80 mesh before JB pump, 50 or 80 mesh before red ball manifold, 50 mesh at orifice.
Planter holds 400 gallons. Planter can carry 80ac of bean seed or 160ac of corn seed. Usually just put in corn seed for 80ac since I splint plant with one hopper. Logistics work out fine for me as I can fill liquid/seed at the same time.
Really no extra time is spent on liquid if done properly. | |
