This is a mid iowa facility, there shouldn't much of a problem going from the north end of waterloo to shell rock.
I know the facility is really tough compared to others. I don't think they are going to continue using it for long. However, that is what ECIC said too when they were operating it.
I'd happily eat 35 cents in unload and trucking, still come out 20 cents ahead.
