NCKS | I made an excel program that we've used the past few years and it works well. It's pretty complicated at first but it automatically keeps track of inventory per bin, field and owner and outbound contracts etc. Im not sure it will be useful without me showing how to run it, but I can try to make a sharable version tonight.
It's attached now. Just add your stuff to the lists on the far right sheet for the dropdowns then enter inbound and outbound tickets in the ledgers and contracts under contracts and everything else should populate.
