New lumber is kiln dried . These panels looked like they sat outside for a while un covered. Water laying on them and mold developed



Wood is going to get wet during home construction, unless you’re willing to move somewhere that it rains less than 6” per year (and even then your house can get wet when under construction). Get it roofed, sheeted, heated, and then treated. I don’t know how much more you can realistically expect from contractors building in a place where it rains.
