Dan- Always enjoy your comments. Sorry if I missed it but did you spray the foliage? Or did you spray the ground so it soaks into the roots? Thanks again this is helpful.


Just a streak with the nozzle on stream on the ground soaks in takes a couple years for some trees to die one side will die first some times
Haven’t had much bank erosion if I stopped just both sides of big tree about drip line

Way I did it I expect to miss some small trees they were thick in places - use our excavator mounted brush cutter in a year or so— but the areas will hopefully be mostly non competitive with the crop
It bothers me to lose 60-100’ close to edges of bigger trees
