Subject: Non-GMO Beet Herbicides

Bay County, Michigan
I know that I have posted this on here before, but I am still looking for a good herbicide for Mangels. As they are not "Roundup Ready" they are similar to non-GMO sugarbeets. I have thought about Dual, UPBEET, Nortron, Clethodim, and Stinger. The weeds I had this year/ the ones I need to control next year are the follwing. Lambs quarters, ragweed, purslane, shepherds purse, foxtail, and canadian thistle. I have no doubt that stinger will control the thistle and clethodim will control the grass, but what about the others? I know that lambs quarters are a bit tougher to control. I am growing about 1/2 acre and trying to do this the most ethical and economical way. Yes I could hoe them, but I do such a meticulous job that it took me about 2 hours to do a 4 row x 70 ft patch. However, if needed I can touch up with the hoe. The location where I will plant them was planted into pumpkins for the last 20 years, so weeds are an issue. I don't really want to have to piece 4 different sprays together to get adequate control, but I don't know what else to do. What If I apply UPBEET and Stinger post? If needed I will apply clethodim. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
