Spot on. I am an adjuster myself, and I can tell you first hand, when numbers like these are thrown around there are ALOT of eyes on these big claims. They go through multiple chains of command and are audited very closely, at least in the AIP I work for! Almost comical to think he had the idea that he would get away with something like that.
