If he's going to marry her, not much you can do about it, but he did ask, so I'd be honest with all your concerns, specifically her work ethic, that of her family, length of marriages or divorces of her family. I mean harsh and cruel. Tell him it's not personal, just your job as his friend to point out the possibilities, you'll support him, not judge her if they marry blah, blah, blah.
Pressure from her is a red flag, it's not his problem she waited till 28 to start dating decent guys. There's always the Phillipines.
