Mark,rememer any dollars you send in as tax are dollars that you will never directly see a benefit from.Surely you already pay more tax than the avg American as you have property tax,sales tax and on and on.I am often confused by those on here that enjoy paying more taxes but tax laws are written to induce growth ,,by avoiding giving taxes to the feds it creates this growth.This is great for all.Paying excess taxes instead of growing/improving your business is actually worse for our economy.For me Im too simple for a C corp and use an S corp. instead.
