Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn.
The ones I've seen had a rubber belt that resembles a very large long O-ring. I think there was a twist in it which would reverse the direction of rotation. I have no idea of where you could get one. Getting one the correct diameter and length could be difficult.
