A marriage is a partnership. Both partners need to have the same goal or it won't work. If they are aligned, then it will work.
It sounds like he wants to protect the assets that he currently has accumulated from before he met her. That is fine. But he should also be willing to share the assets that he accumulates after they are married because she will be a part of the "partnership" even if she is not doing the day to day work. It is a trade off. If they can agree on this, then it would be logical for both to sign a pre-nup and get to making babies and a future :) | |
