| My parents bought 80 acres from an old bachelor that owned several farms and sold off farms as he slowed down.He had a young cleaning lady that he supposedly had an affair with who told him that one of her kids was his. This was back in the 70s and he had sold the farm on a 30 year contract but my parents started paying him early because the cleaning lady was getting a lot of money from him and he didn't want anyone to know he was short on funds.
Get him to sign something that he is getting rent in advance,extend the lease if you can because it might be sold overnight if he gets in to much trouble | |
