Subject: Electric sub panel in shed

SW WI
I had posted about this in spring. Machine shed about 125 ft away from power in a feed room that was part of a hog barn, hog barn demolished, feed room very handy. I've taken the advice given and an starting to bury 10/3 with ground to install a 30 amp sub in machine shed. Advice was run it out as 220 break it down to a couple 110's in the shed.

Looking at my main in feed room and wondering about ground and neutral bars.

First....grounds and neutrals are not separated at the main but should be at the sub ? Is that correct?

First pic is main. Second pic is buss bar on the left with the green ground screw. Third pic is buss bar on the right....a true ground cable goes into the inner buss bar.

My question is how would you wire the bare ground wire and the neutral of the 10/3 with ground going to my sub?

Thanks.
