The sock at the start of the fuel supply line, at bottom of fuel tank, keeps getting a film on the outside and not allowing diesel to enter the fuel line and consequently starving the backhoe. We put a new sock on and also drained most of the tank for fresh diesel but it still plugs after a few days work. Any suggestions on how to avoid this ? Thanks
