If you can find one of these mill/drills at an auction or on marketplace for under $1,000 they make the best drill press ever. They are completely worthless as a mill but as a drill press they can’t be beat. I bought one off Craigslist many years ago for around $500. I’ve never even tried to use it as a mill but it has drilled a lot of holes.
