Well written and well done, but as an initial contact too long. Suggest a brief introductory note to the same address list saying who you are. You will be stopping in at some time to introduce yourself, then leave the letter with them for additional information.

Website can go into trials and prices. Can be another page under main web address with a simple address (company name.com/idahofalls Maybe a one page website with those details.
Understand your not in control of website most likely but you could request something I’m sure if your company is big enough or contracts it out.
