Graymont Illinois | I was in the hospital because somehow I was critically low on salt. Water pill most likely. I spent 3 days in hospital getting IV saline drip. Somehow they said I was a fall risk. Never fell or fainted. They had alarms on bed and recliner in room. Every time I moved alarms go off and nurses come running. Could not go to bathroom without calling nurse station. Also, the IV drip in arm/elbow on right arm, at lunch time I would eat and alarms go off. Asked if they could shut off alarm during lunch. Had to eat left handed, which was awkward. Could not sleep because for 3 days they took blood test every hour. My arm looked like a pin cushion. |
