| I can recognize that that is one possibility but I don’t know if I would characterize it as obvious. Most would likely agree that apathy doesn’t really describe the feelings of most voters in this election. It would be hard to make a believable case that the hatred and fear towards both candidates was any less than in the 2020 election. In fact, I would say that it was likely significantly higher. That doesn’t breed apathy towards voting.
There will be a reason but I doubt voter apathy would have played a significant part in it. | |
