perryton, tx | I can’t speak for the FWA tractors but we ran the blue 4WD models a 946, then 2 9682s through the late 80s until 2004 or so. They were simple, reliable pulling machines. Then the dealer switched to NH so we did too. Then a local outfit became a Versatile dealer and I’ve owned a 375 and a 405 since 2016. It would take this entire page to list all the problems I’ve had with both. In particular the U-joints are complete garbage and when one fails the collateral damage is without fail substantial. I could go on and on but the bottom line is that I say stay away from any Versatile built after 2015 if not earlier. | |
