| Download iTunes onto a computers and plug the iPad into the computer. Then, you have to hold down different button combos (depending on the iPad generation) to put it into safe mode.

Also, hopefully the iPad isn't locked by the appleid account. If it is, you'll have to know the login info for that appleid to release that device. | |
