| Using the attached App on windows 11 with Brother 9130 Hit scan and name the file - save the file - and then the printer will scan. Intuitively you would think you would scan and then save the file.
Check the Control Panel - Device Hdwe and make sure the Brother printer is online. I also assume your WIFI - SSID, and password all jive with the computer.
