I guess I don't understand why they are no longer compatible if they are not IP cameras.  Analog cameras are about as universal as they come, but that would throw my attempt at a solution completely out the window.  Do you have a part # of the cameras?

Any Windows PC can run Chrome Remote desktop as it's basically an extension to the Google Chrome browser.  It does have to be accessed from another pc or phone running the chrome browser as well.
