How fast should you? Probably 5-7 and still keep somewhat acceptable performance or results. The hyd downforce will help at any speed but esp those 



I remember reading a couple of years ago, that a test was run and they've found that even hi-speed drills did a better job at 4-6 mph.
I don't know how this was measured and what was the parameter, but obviously IF one travels faster the seed must also travel faster down the tube.
Which means higher pressure or something else to make it go faster, but even this has limits.
