northeast ohio | We’ve been running Trimble TMX 2050’s on VRS Connect using Verizon iPhones, iPads and hotspots on ODOT CORS for about 5 years. Worked nearly flawlessly for the first few.
End of 2023 and all of 2024 were horrible. Crazy issues with random coverage lines. The more I dug into it the issue likely wasn’t due to VRS Connect or CORS but rather that we were also doing Autosync to Trimble Ag Software. Hard resetting the displays and dropped Autosync (no longer offered for 2050’s) on the TMX 2050’s for 2025. Sure hope things go well this spring.
