But the original poster is correct that on a hydrualic drive module for a planter it will only work with seeds per acre. We have a 7.5 inch planter we have worked on in past. The plot planter plants wheat on 7.5 inch centers, beans on 15 inch, and corn on 30 inch. Wheat is frustrating because you have to run in in seeds per acre for it to work. As for the original poster question, legacy used parts are cheap enough I would just buy a striptill module for the drill and such. Parts are literally everywhere. Keep it simple and you will love these setups. | |
