West of Mpls MN about 50 miles on Hwy 12 | These cuts will affect more institutions than just rural nursing homes.
Privately owned special needs group homes, child foster care/adoption, privately owned group homes that care for the mentally ill, veterans homes will all be affected.
If people think homelessness is an issue today...just think of all the money we saved the last time Federal funding was cut for mental institutions.
