| This may seem like a crazy question.
With row cleaners with air adjust and having a stop on them to set how far the go down. Has anyone ever try not using treader wheels? When we got our 3600 planter in 2001, it had frame mounted coulter with wrap around martin row cleaners with treader wheels, The row cleaner frames would get bent when they hit a rock, I took the treader off it seemed to help with the bending, the did not dig in further. We ended getting solid mount row cleaners to clean better and took the coulters off. We have gone back to floaters with air. | |
