These cuts will affect more institutions than just rural nursing homes.
Privately owned special needs group homes, child foster care/adoption, privately owned group homes that care for the mentally ill, veterans homes will all be affected.
If people think homelessness is an issue today...just think of all the money we saved the last time Federal funding was cut for mental institutions.

Where does pre pregnacy/non abortion mom heatlh care fit in to your description? Like prenatal care? Some might say alternative to abortion. Pre pregnacy was wrong term, pre natal is more accurate. My wife volunteers as a health professional at a crisis preg center. Shes involved with fundraising, but never on the fed level. Just curious, it wasnt mentioned in your post.
