I agree with the above. The valve cal represents 3 or 4 separate parameters for controlling the control valve. The standard valve uses a four digit number where the first digit (2 in the example) deals with the amount of back lash in the gear train. The system gives a little extra "bump" when changing from Increase to Decrease to take out the slack in the gear train. With a Fast valve there is no gear train or back lash so the leading digit is not used.
