ECCO | Plant whatever takes the least amount of time to tend to throughout the season. Don't give up the ground, continue as you always have. As a poster mentioned, a lawyer will run with that as cheating her out of something and it will follow you all the way through the divorce.
Number one thing is don't let lawyers into it if at all possible. See if she would agree to skip lawyers and go right to mediation. It can happen if she even has a lawyer already. Don't get caught up with all the filings and b.s., it's easy to facilitate your own divorce now days. Talk to your banker and be transparent as possible and even have her there so everything is up front. Email is good if you have questions | |
