ECO paid 2 years in a row here but we’ve had two very wet springs in a row. I’ve never taken it, just do RP. For what it costs I’m having a hard time not buying it this year. The premium subsidy is higher than years past. Surely if I take it this year it won’t pay but maybe we won't get 40" of rain from April to July, I'd take that deal.
