Yes, the 3g problem was what we had but then they totally dropped the ball in replacing the product with us. Maybe we just fell through the cracks and it was bad timing during their changeover to 4g. Cost us a fair amount of money and left a bad taste for the product. I’m glad others have had good luck with it.
