South Central MN | The soybean one just seems to send out some little newsletter on what wonderful things they have done for us bean growers, but very little of it seems to make much difference. That money just kind of vanishes down a hole.
The corn growers one sure looks a lot more involved, and at least make an effort to show they did something with that checkoff money. Corn growers members can request that checkoff money back, though they can't participate in a yield contest for that year.
Don't have enough experience with any of the other ones to comment on them.
