We basicly told them that. We told them to buy bushel loss at local elevator and we would haul it for free or take it out as feed. They said they didn’t have to do that. My argument is. Was my corn worth 4.66 ( crop ins guarantee) while in the bag or price they say it’s worth. I say it’s worth 4.66 until I take the loss or profit at delivery time.


$4.66 is ONLY relevant for determining a MPCI claim. Remember, you don't get a crop insurance check if you sell it at a market low but yields were above APH.

The $4.25 on your stored grain policy is what might be relevant.
