SE Iowa, Henry County		Yes, multiple rooms with what looks like a Telephone jack and a cable tv jack.

Slab foundation

Blue wires contain the multicolored wires for the telephone jacks on the plates

The green is copper only. No insulated wires within.
Found the green at the ground section of the main panel.
