perryton, tx | After running over calf I went out after lunch to find 3 cows had just calved, windchill was around -20 and these calves were pretty much completely coated in ice. Our shop propane had pretty much frozen up so the heater was barely working. The only other warm place was our office so we got them in and went to work with towels and hair dryers. If nothing else I think we saved some ears but we’ll see.
