So our climate is drastically different than yours, but one thing to consider, how much extra weight will you need to keep it in the ground at 8mph vs 4.5? I think weight considerations and ride quality would be my two biggest concerns. Guys in our area keep adding more and more weight to their planters and that's not even necessarily in high speed situations.
