Martinton,il | I just renewed my Verizon cell tower lease and the tower company that I have the lease with said the cell phone companies are now going to use Verizon cell towers and pay Verizon on a per call agreement rather than put up any more cell towers of their own. That would mean that eventually whatever cell provider you choose it will have Verizon service. It will take a few years for this to get finished up but that’s what I was told. It seems to make sense rather than have cell towers a mile apart everywhere.
