Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn.
I believe that to be correct for the more current displays. As I recall the Insight or one of the earlier displays had a "point" or "continuous" choice for a mark type. You would likely use the point style for a rock or tile inlet. You would use continuous for say an area of a certain type of weed. I believe the mark type choice was discontinued and the newer display marks are just "points".

We do not use marks much except for permanent type marks such as tile inlets. Back some years I tried using o mark for rocks and another for tile inlets. The idea was we could use the loader tractor to go back to the marked rocks and pick them up. That worked OK but not completely. I wanted to delete the rock marks one by one as I picked them up. If the rock was too large to handle, I wanted that rock mark to remain. I also wanted the tile inlet marks to remain since they would remain in the same location for the next year.

The selective delete did not work as I thought it should/could. It seemed like a delete was a complete delete of all marks of a certain type.

The marks do remain with the field so using tile inlet marks is helpful from year to year. In all honesty we haven't explored them much recently with the InCommand 1200s.
