E.Central MN | A friend of mine told me he went there, found the items he wanted and checked out. Then he argued with the clerk, the service desk clerk, and finally the store manager about wanting the money instead of the rebate slip. After explaining the store policy to him for the third time, the store manager finally asked him how much the rebate was. The manager got cash from his billfold and traded him for the rebate. At least the manager knew his time was valuable even if my friend didn't. | |
