If they have an item you want and it's 11% off, just walk in and buy it and nothing else.
If their markup is 25% and they took 11% off they still made money.
If they didn't make money then they made a decision to cut their losses.
If you sell corn for 4.10 and it costs you 4.80 to raise it are you going to cut your losses and pay the bank SOME or are you going to sell none and go broke?
