Third gen. here I retire at 62 I was just burnt out I was lucky enough to buy quite A bit of land and my family left me A lot of land but have no intention of ever selling I don't need the money and my only daughter doesn't need the money so it will be past on to my grand kids. I have no idea what they will do with it because I will probably be dead.
