We were told that a large part of the money was provided by the ducks unlimited organization. I don’t know where they get their funding?
The money that Ducks Unlimited is/was promoting was public money they received. Last year I inquired about their program to see if it could be stacked with NRCS CSP or EQIP programs and was told no because public money cannot be stacked with public money. |
