The winning bidder for Tract 1 was someone in the room. Tracts 2 - 8 were purchased by an online bidder. It is my understanding that Tract 1 was purchased by a local and there is strong speculation about who purchased Tracts 2 - 8; awaiting to see what shows up in public property records.
I live a few miles from these farms and was not at the sale, but talked to someone that was.
