nc ks | thing is...they get a little aggressive with their designations. There are designations where a duck has never landed for centuries. I think if you own it, that should trump whatever worry wart about the environment wants. Let them own the wetlands if it is so important to them. I have given up my rights to participate in the subsidies, but look forward to regaining my rights at some point.
