I think same almost everywhere
Here in the land of heat and dry it is much more likely to get a good rain at the right time to literally double our bean yield. We have better or worse years on the corn, but it takes a longer series of good events to move the yield up to almost double average. So, $10 beans can work pretty good here. $4.50 corn works pretty good though too.
